Will have to agree with Targetawg. Try rewriting the list so we spend less time decrypting and more time analyzing.

My comments for now:
I wouldn't bring a horde like this to Ard Boyz. Its a stall list, I dealt with a list like it last year 150+ models, the TO stood over and watched the game to make sure there was minimal BS. He still had to issue a couple warnings in our game.

I say bring w/e list you want its not a bad list and if you think its the Ard'est thing in town tell every one to go eat a Gnoblar. Not you fault most people have smaller armies maybe there the ones playin it wrong. Here at my Flgs stalling is blatantly taking 5 min to move every model and going to the bathroom and arguing a moot point stuff like that.

Someone can't be punished for there list being high model count as long as they reasonably use there time right. If they stop to think about something let them everyone has to sometimes let them. Sucks if you don't get far if YOUR list is so Ard' you should beat him to the ground before the game is over regardless of what turn it is.

I believe most of the people at my store are gearing their armies towards heavy armor armies. So i was thinking that most of their armies can't pull the templates out to kill my horde list but to only do overkill with lascannons, that i would be able to walk up to them without taking huge casualties.

The ability to have objectives in the game is a serious help to this list to since i can win a major victory in scenarios 1&2 by just sitting my hordes of men on the objectives with some squads being able to reach 2 or 3 objectives and scoring on all of them.

I'm not sure where you're getting your kill point totals either. As far as I can tell, each HWT is a kill point, as well as the command squads, so even with blobbing your KPT is more like 20. Just as a heads up.

For your heavy support, I suggest taking griffons rather than a basilisk and a griffon. They're cheaper, have better range (min range 36" is a pain) and can still put the hurt on people. Especially since they get to reroll scatter dice for each shot if you dont like the result.

A single hellhound might get picked off early as well, but it brings some anti infantry firepower if you need it.

As for the tanks, I use two LRBTs due to not having a demolisher, but they seem to work since they have range and dont have to motor forward quite as much.

Still, its your call. Interesting looking list and I hope it works well for ya!

Basilisks only have min 36 when firing indirectly. They can fire directly from 0-36. The griffon and Colossus however, can not fire below their minimums.
