I'll second that...... I guess it's back to Sabol pick n pluck.

I have a brand new sabol bag as well and will be turning it in for a trade on a Battle foam pack. I was a doubter too, but after seeing a quality product at my local shop sabol nor GW can really compare.

Combatmedic - We totally suck man. We have been so backed up with orders its kept me at the shop 14 hours a day. No joke and no BS. We actually got a futon in the office so I don't have to go home on long nights. My wife and I have not had a full day off in 2 months. That is the total truth. I hope you can understand and yes, your bag is finally on its way to you. I know, 2 weeks later then promised but the foam looks great.

Robocarullo42 - This will hopefully help you understand our side of the business. We will discontinue stocking standard trays for Sabol bags. That means that you will still be able to order custom work, but no more standard off the site foam. This allows us to clear warehouse space for our growing line of foam and bags. Also it allows us to spend more time designing trays for our bags. Many people have trusted us with their hard earned money by buying our bags so the least we can do is support their new investment.

By having new trays available monthly and even weekly it helps all the people that support Battle Foam. We want people to know that if they spend several hundred dollars with us, they don't need to ever waist their time plucking foam. We want them to just log on and find that perfect foam tray to fit any combo of models or armies. The only way that would be possible is if we don't waist anymore time helping other companies sell bags.

By making good foam alternative to Sabol pluck and pick we help them sell bags. That's just not smart business. I hope you guys can understand. After all, Ford does not make better engines for GM so they can sell more Chevys.

Also, we are not leaving you high and dry. We came up with the trade in program to help everyone. By letting you trade those Sabol bags in, you get credit and you get rid of older stuff sitting around your house. I can't think of any miniature company to date offering to take your old junk in for credit to new product. The whole program was designed to easy everyone into better products that will last longer and do a better job.

Battle Foam is not for everyone, and not making Sabol trays may turn some people off. In the long run it will only better our products and customer service. That way each and every person that has invested their hard earned money in Battle Foam will always know we are here for them.

I was pretty bummed at hearing you would discontinue stocking the Sabol and GW trays at first. Now I know that it's just for stock items and not the custom stuff I want anyway, it doesn't seem like a bad idea! Thanks again for a great product!

Keep up the good work Romeo, love my big bag and gettin it filled with IG as we speak.

Looking forward to gettin rid of my GeeDub cases for Battlefoam across all my armies and systems.
