What about being Spongebob Squarepants? Lives at the bottom of the ocean, is an inanimate object brought to lige, and has enough joy in his life that he loves his job. His job working at a fast food joint even with a crabby boss (pun intended) and he loves what he does. That's a pretty good life.

I would probably pick Paul Atreides. Sure, he is all powerful and such with terrible choices & destinies, but in the end, he finally does get what he really wanted, to be free of his destinies and spending the rest of his days with his wife.
