lolz, "son"...someone takes their toy soldiers very seriously. I wouldn't be surprised if Tony wasn't even 18 yet, usually it's the kids who try and act all big and bad.

In all seriousness though, this forum isn't the best place for your voice to be heard. We can't get the scenarios posted any faster, your best bet is talking to GW directly, but I'm warning you now it won't do you a damn bit of good. GW will put them up whenever they feel like and I doubt you or anyone could "convince" them to do it any faster. That said my guess is they'll be up next week, maybe even Monday.

Did you ever play the old computer XWING or TIE FIGHTER games? Two fighters were usually more then enough.

The post by Irkjoe surprised me, since I know him, and he is a really mellow guy. Unfortunately, it turns out that someone else posted using his dakka account. I've advised him to change his password. The person who put up what I felt was a rude post will be dealt with, by me, at my store. I will apologize for him, since he won't be able to type for a week or so once I get done with him.

To anyone on dakka who took offense to anything i said i am sorry, i only mnt to b funny but lets change th subject a bit what list are you bringing to your semifinals i am betwen two i will post them soon.

as asked before, please attempt to use proper spelling and not 733t speek. you're not texting, it's not "kewl", and some of us may actually want to respond nicely to your posts in the future. we're a friendly board with users of many ages so we try to use proper english as much as possible.

Well yes, what the Warboss said.

"Proper" grammar and spelling are part of the 'Rules' of Dakka.

If these rules are completely ignored and/or disregarded, well, bad things will happen. Up to and including permanent banning.

I know it sounds harsh, perhaps, but it is necessary to encourage the "Dakka Community" that we're all striving for.

Or something like that.

Wow. Scenario 2 is...interesting.

All night fight... All the time!

So it looks like mech armies will get the advantage.

Scenario 1 is how kill points SHOULD work in all cases...

Not fun missions if you play the guard. :( Seem to favor the orks quite a bit. I like them. Gonna be rough on my guard. Have to get tricksy.

Yeah... Horde Orks have it easy mode IMO. My Biker Vulkan list hates Scenario 1. Definately some interesting scenarios though, and should be fun.

Sorry for the delay fellas, Chicago Games Day was last weekend and we had a ton of things to sort out for the event. I hope you enjoy the scenarios, and if you spot anything wonky, I'll be checking back periodically to add a bit of clarity.

Thanks John! In Scenario number 1 shouldn't the tie be "If neither player has 6 kill points more than their oppenent, then the game is a tie."

We had an issue come up in the 1st round because the minor victory said 4 or more killpoints while the tie said 4 or fewer and, of course, my game ended with a 4 killpoint advantage.

Just out of curiosity... why no seize the initiative on scenario 1?

the copy I downloaded says the Seize the Initative rule is in effect in scenario 1.
