I know that they have to let them play but it's annoying how they boast about how they have the best army...ultra-marines...and they don't play properly and ruin the whole gaming experience. Plus it's really embarrising watching some toddler walk in the shop, look at the models and say that 'they look way cool' because then it makes warhammer not look cool at at all. One last final point is how they basically ruin perfectly good models because they broduce them from their over-sized bag and it is usally half painted with the detail obscured and no attempt to fix on broken bits, and over-all poorly assembled.

Ironic statement is ironic.
People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.
They come up with a good trick occasionally and it can be fun to watch for a while, but eventually it unravels. You know? Like a poorly constructed Ultramarines Rhino it crumbles into nothing. And I'm standing there saying is that a Rhino or your tactical squad.. I don't know. I DON'T know. You know why I don't know? Because it's nothing. Nothing! That's right, it's just a pile of sprue sprayed blue. Not a tank or some spase marienz. You know it sits there and can be anything. Or pretend to be anything, but it's really nothing and is just there to confuse. And that's what really grinds my gears.
That was the first thing I thought of when I opened this topic.
Well, there are better ways to make friends in the hobby than saying all young gamers should be banned.

You want a razor or a knife for those wrists?
Don't come in here, make a sweeping statement, and expect to get away with it.

Look. being part of a community means being able to learn to deal with people of varying personalty types, and accepting people's differences etc.
People are not always going to agree with everything you say or do, especially on a web forum like DakkaDakka, and especially concerning gaming on a game forum. Doesn't mean you can't be a part of this community, you just gotta be willing to accept criticism if you offer up statements on a public web forum.
Relax a bit and try not to be so defensive. You will be welcome at Dakka as long as you don't break forum rules (which includes insulting people).
Dakka has plenty of content. maybe focus on the game related stuff you like and move away from the personal conflict angle.
