*sigh* I'll admit this.

Chapter Master : Kitted with Storm Bolter, Power Fist, Artificer Armor
Honor Guard : 4 man, Chapter Banner, Chapter Champion, Relic Blades all
Mounted in:

Razorback: Las Plas, Extra Armour, Extra Pintle Bolter

I call them Ride or Die.

Lots of style points for that squad.

I like using Vets with 2 Meltas a Heavy Flamer and Demolitions. Being able to drop the Demo Charge on a squad or multi-charge with meltabombs is great.

Hopefully there's a campaign where I can just win on style points.

I would have to go with the Leman Russ Punisher. Something about 20 shots from a main cannon plus your heavy bolters, heavy stubber, and lascannon. I usually play against Nids or Battle Sisters. Almost every game it wipes out 4 or 5 "without number" gaunt squads in one shooting turn. totally awesome.

I use my kasrkin as a set of two:
a ten-man suicide squad in a chimera - with a flamer, a melta, and a power weapon, these guys race forward and either contest objectives 'til the rest of the guard show up, or i sent them on a hunt - usually the biggest, nastiest army in the opposing force. i have had the melta take out two 'liths in a single game, the flamer cremate 40 orks and the sarge charge into melee against a 'fex and survive for 3 turns

the smaller 6 man units acts as a firebase, with a plasma and 'nade launcher - i use these to hunt elite infantry - meganobz, termies, 'nid warriors, and the occasional MC

Besides, the guys get a chance to let their FABULOUS! side out. - Fafnir, regarding male howling banshees

My favorite unit? Boyz.

I don't need to think, just throw 'em into CC, Try to charge, and life is good!

Some people play to win, some people play for fun. Me? I play to kill toy soldiers.

my favorite, rather than my beloved tanks or SOB, tends to be my sentinels. Well, "scout" sentinels, that is.

I rarely use more than one, and I only have two. I usually outflank and put a couple of autocannon shells into side/rear armor, and then make a beeline to stomp on the closest infantry squad available.

One time, I held up an entire Hormagaunt brood for a whole game. 40pt sentinel holding up a 320pt mob of gnashing bugs, beautiful. A week later I held a Chapter master for four turns, after splattering a LC pred.

I don't care what some people say, Sentinels are a fine unit in my eyes. All they need is some sort of secondary "chin" weapon or sumsuch.
