I tend to have fitness fads, one week I eat junk and general unhealthy quanties of things, next week I get cravings for specific healthy things like a whole lettuce and mongetout and gorge myself on large quanties throughout the week.
Maybe I'm pregnant? ... ... nah, can't stand coal
I also walk a lot around my work, choosing to walk to one end of the office to the other rather than picking up the phone. I've had on two occasions a work mate who has emailed me to ask me for something when he was only 4 metres away!
