Weight lifting, Karate/Tuite about an 1 1/2 hrs each day.
Not eat fast food. Run on days when its not triple digits outside. I hate sodas so im always drinking water. Need to eat more greens though.

don't eat fast food more then once a month, if that
in the process of replacing my soda intake with something healthier
have some weights i try and use at least a couple times a week

I tend to have fitness fads, one week I eat junk and general unhealthy quanties of things, next week I get cravings for specific healthy things like a whole lettuce and mongetout and gorge myself on large quanties throughout the week.

Maybe I'm pregnant? ... ... nah, can't stand coal

I also walk a lot around my work, choosing to walk to one end of the office to the other rather than picking up the phone. I've had on two occasions a work mate who has emailed me to ask me for something when he was only 4 metres away!
