Character: A C'tan is an Independent Character and follows all the rules for characters in the Warhammer 40,000 rulebook modified by the "Above All Others" rule (can't join friendly units & may be picked out by enemy shooters, even if within 6" of other targets).
SPECIAL RULES
Repent: during the shooting phase if the outsider's weapons are all in range of one target it may fire all of it's weapons at the one target, the opponent gets a 4+ cover save and the weapons act as 'gets hot' and the outsider is not able to act in the assault phase or run, the Outsider can move up to 12" next turn but must take a leadeership test if within the 180* away from the opponent(leadership test not effective if the Outsider is being flanked and has opponents on more than one side)
Apologies: during the chooting phase instead of firing the Outsider can role to regain a wound
1-2:lose a wound, cannot run, cannot act in assult phase
3-4:no wound affect, cannot run, can act in assault phase
5-6:gain a wound, can run, can act in assault phase
Rise: during the movment phase the Outsider may sacrifice a wound per 50 pts of models and the rounds activity, to role a 'we'll be back' role on any entire squad that has been removed from play as a casualty
Exile: unlike other necron units and C'tan the Outisder drove himself to madnessand because of this is ravaged by his past and self inflicted punishment, the Outsider's
Ld is 9 rather than 10
