Chapter symbol should be a teapot. Scouts should be all white with rabbit ears, or better yet, give them bunny suits.

The chapter symbol should definately be the cheshire cat's smile, with black shoulder pads so it would look like so...

That was my first thought, though the colours should be white arms and lower legs, black feet and blue torso and upper legs with a yellow helmet (based on Alice). Shoulder armour could then be checks, dots whatever.

lol, distressing I know but to be fair that's how I found Alice in wonderland as a child, distressing.
