When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". In Spain the latest fashion is to scream gender violence (as in male abuses female not the other way around of course) and thanks to a stupid and badly written law you can be jailed, thrown from your house and deprived of your children without any additional evidence. As you can imagine it´s a hit with women involved in a divorce process.

Something like this happened in my home town recently. Went pretty bad for the guys, FBI was involved and everything. Was sad, because the girls that were involved did it for "beer money" and afterward screamed that they were forced to do these acts. There wasn't actually any sex involved, but the girls stripped down and did "sexual acts" in front of 10 or so guys, and some people recorded it on their phones.
Pretty bad deal.

Smart thing to do these days is for one person (or more) to pop open their cell phones and iphones and record the gang bang just in case the "victim" pulls this stunt of rape.
As well too, in Mn if you take a girl home from the bar and she is legally intoxicated, even if sex is consensual if she later says she was raped (and hard to prove as she probably won't be drunk the next day when she goes to the cops) it is technically rape because she was not in her right mind due to intoxication and so therefore her consent is not a valid one. So even here in Mn, guys should really be careful about getting a girl drunk just to make her easy. It might make her easy but it could end up making you some guys gf at the state pen. As well, if anyone witnesses her leaving with you in a drunken state than she'll be able to back her story.

Bah, I think anyone who drives intoxicated should be executed right there on the spot if they get into an accident and kill another person.
There is no excuse to drink and drive. Most know their limit. In my town majority who drink and drive and get caught (as evidenced in the court report in Sundays paper) blew a 2.0 or higher. At 2.0 you are hardly going to be able to walk, let alone drive.
I'm hoping Luna you don't imply that because you are intoxicated and kill someone driving that it should exonerate that person from manslaughter charge because he wasn't thinking clearly?

No im implying that if someone is stupid enough to go to a party , get intoxicated enough to agree to some orgy and end up regretting it
and sue the other for rape because consensus was not made in the right state of mind. She shouldnt be able to sue , unless her drink was drugged.
