I like that. That was pretty good.
Staying on topic, I put on my real life troll face at the FLGS when I have an opponent with a psyker, and I wait for him to cast before I tell him to roll 3d6, runes of warding.

When I do a troll face, it just looks creepy because I have braces.

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made. |

I see what you did there... wait... need a macro for that one.
Here we go... wait... nevermind, don't want to anger the OT gods...
What meme is he talking about? What 4chan meme has ever been used on Dakka? Wrex is perplexed.

I once tried to cross a bridge and this troll appeared..
"Got any darts mate."
"No."
"I can see them in your pocket."
"Those are cigarettes."
"Yeah a smoke give us one."
This is a real troll.. unlike on the internet they actually take things from you for crossing a bridge.. internet trolls fail to take anything and dont hang out around bridges.

Did that really happen to you?
I know of gangs that do things like that, but the bridge thing is totally hilarious to me. People that hang out under bridges and come out to demand a toll... THAT is most definitely real life trolling .

There was a kid in my old school long ago who used to like to start fights by mouthing off then hide behind a couple of bigger guys.
Is this an example of what you are looking for, Wrex?

My Akbar sense is tingling... This thread feels like... A TRAP!!! More on topic: FETH YEAH!!! My friend in Colorado is a huge troll. Ask him if the firefighters that died in 9/11 are heros, he will say, "No, they were doing their job. You shouldn't get unworthy praise for doing your fething job." o.O It was 2 AM and I was blue in the face, so I just told him to feth off... The trolling became especially aggressive when I was promoted and became salary around the same time he lost his job. All I ever heard was: Grumble, grumble... You suck... Grumble, gripe... You scurvy c k s g w e (or as we abbreviate in these parts: Score)... Bitch, moan, gripe... I hate you... Give me money.

Bingo. That has to be hands down, the epitome of Real Life Trolling.
But wait... a competitor appears.

I think this is clearly in second place, but it does strike a nerve as my uncle was a Battalion Chief in Alaska, but only after having an entire floor fall on him. Yes... just doing their jobs... fighting dragons, and kicking ass.
...Bitch, moan, gripe... I hate you... Give me money.
Bitch, moan, gripe... I PUNCH YOU IN THE FACE!!! . That is hilarious to me though, that guy sounds like a straight up leech... wait... he could do pretty well on YouTube . Not to say that some people don't... wait... how much money? WHAT!!! WHY!!! OMFG... we are a failing species... so much fail.
Well, at least I feel a bit better about my experiences now. Hopefully y'all don't have to spend too much time around those people.
"Note"
This is the official Admiral Akbar thread, as so expertly noted by tblock. Remember though, it is only a trap if you fall into it .

Glad to have given you an example. Now I can tell you a bit of the price he paid for trollishness. He was a real Rocko Flamefart type, thinking he was cool above all. One day he decided to mouth off at me while standing by his buds, little realizing I didn't care if I got the crap kicked out of me as long as I got him first.
Five seconds later he was rolling in the mud with his eyes looking like two eggs on a plate as I put the boots to him. His buds then jumped me, but as I said, I didn't care because he had run off crying his lil' heart out. In 8th grade, that's pretty much sentence of social death for a guy, especially when you get done in by a 6th grader.
Justice was well served that day. My bruises and bleeding from the beating I got in return are long healed, but the thought of that punk running off crying still brings a smile to my face.

I know a user on here that never really visits the OT section in real life, but he loves to read the OT forum. Anywho, he recently told me that I was "trying too hard to troll" and I responded by saying that I am not trolling. So I guess that maybe I a may or may not be a troll in real life.
I have another friend who's a troll though, he'll cheat in a game of warhammer and cause fights only to say that I was cheating and ending the game. Luckily enough, he does this less than a quarter of the time because I now frequently read my own codexes and that of armies I do not own.
