I tried wow on my friends pc when it came out.. was pretty cool, but when he explain how much work it was.. I was naathanx.

Anyways thats nonsense anyways... we all know to get the credits you need to get to fabled GM island and take out the Board of Directors instance at the top of the infamous 'gold' Tower of too many accounts.

Currently I just quit and attempting to find aion in my local game stores. Why? I WANT A CHALLENGE! Aion seems to be not the kind of game for the weaklings that wow has. Good show sir, I couldn't kick the habit, ended up getting my account hacked and my guildies didn't believe I did due to being on the ropes for a while, didn't have a reason to come back really.

The sense of accomplishment blizzard seems to be able to control is what is addictive I think. I was fortunate enough to be in an extremely high ranking guild and a small network of friends that would do things like exchange quick runs though dungeons or outrageous dps in lower-end raids than I was running in exchange for flasks and such. (that and I had about an 80% share in the servers enchanting mats market due to exploiting a bug for a few months for gold and then buying the entire market out >.&gt

It's not a job if you are enjoying yourself, problem is that too many guilds have expectations of you showing up every single day and then hamfist slowly through raids hour after hour being slowed down by a few mediocre or unfocused players. Been there, done that, I really preferred one night of focused "burn through everything in sight and don't bother explaining anything because we know our jobs" raiding and then 6 nights of "show up if you want or relax"

Yogg no keepers was the only thing that seemed like a job with the 80 million attempts night after night >.>

honestly the only thing I really regret is losing my folder of killshot screenshots from the last 4ish years =(

I played it for 1 hour and i was already level 15. and i was bored as well you get the point.

Its like saying the movie Water World was as good as Lord of the Rings.

One thing i hated most about the game is that some of my friends have been divorced and have lost their jobs because of WOW.

So that and i play NEAB. which i rarely play. so big difference

I played for like a week just now. On a rp server it's fun but people are whiney.

You know, I just don't get it.

I played on a free server for a couple of hours, I didn't really like the art style or the mechanics (lure, kill, lure, kill) so I stopped playing.

But I really don't get the folk who are so invested in hating the game. There's lots of things I don't like that cause me more concern than someone else spending a couple of hours playing a computer game.

While I do admit I had fun with my short time. Mainly just talking to people I really do not see the point of it like you. Although I would like a new game to waste time on.
