Except a 4+ Cover save on every trukk (you can easily fit 6 truks around the mekboys KFF trukk) soon halves that chance....and they only need to last, realistically, 1 to 2 turns to have accomplished their job.

WAIT! WHAT? ... phase out is bellow 10? you phase at 25% or less ... 9x4 or 10x4-1 ... you only have 36-39 models which are necron? Are you mad? Thats only 27-30 models to kill, to force phase out. They only get WBB if there is another unit of the same type within 6" and if I'm aiming at a single type i can start by removing the 20 warriors you must have taken. That leaves 7-10 models ... No, there are two ways to balance phase out. With a little bit of luck and if played correctly you can run with a very small number of 'Necron' Units.
