Um,I'm going to duck into this battle real quick and attempt to answer the OPs question:
IMO,the best way to go about making FlashGitz is to get a Nobz box + a set of AoBr Nobz (cost effective),along with as many shootaz,big shootahz and ammo clips you can get your hands on.
Then all you have to do is simply chop barrels,add them to existing wepons,add ammo clips and other suitable gubbins and voila..instant FlashGitz..just go OTT with your snazzguns and your on the right track.

Never mind, AoBr nobz = assault on black reach nobz obviously i just realised how stupid i am, i just couldn't be bothered to think about it. Only prob is that i've already used my aobr nobz, as erm, well just normal Nobz. So looks like i'm just gonna have to buy a box.
