Yea, I have a Dark Eldar army that hasnt lost one game against Tyranids, Orks, new Imperial Guard, Black Templar and I think Death Guard.
My army isnt set up like everyone else's though as there's no Raider transports, Elites or Fast Attack in the whole list.
Id be happy to post it if you're interested. Its really not hard to use, I just think people dont know what anything in the army IS anymore, haha.

Well I tried the army out vs CSM lash feat. Death Guard.

Those damned Obliterators killed three vehicles a turn.

I lost 5 Wyches, 6 Warriors and the lord's shadowfield on turn 1 - Sadface.

Only upside was I killed two Daemon Princes by T2.

I then lost 2 out of 3 Ravagers on T2 - stupid Obliterators - GRRRR!!!

I was tabled on T4 after I managed to kill 3 of those damned Obliterators and 2 Rhino.

The second game I played was against a similar army and that went badly too - except the game went the full distance.

Overall - I can safely say I do not like the way DE play. They don't suit my style at all. My last army was CSM which was a smallish elite style force. I think I might see how I fair with something else. At least I only bought the bits to convert a squad of Warriors.

Back to the drawing board - I don't think DE suck, but they are really not for me.

Sorry to hear it went poorly for you. I will note that it is not uncommon to have a painful learning curve with DE until you learn where to apply their attacks correctly (from the above it sounds like you needed either to shoot up the Oblits more, or arrange your army to deny them range and/or LoS)

But, judging by your sig I'm guessing it's back to the land of MEQ. Thanks for the visit, we'll save a spare flying wet cardboard box if you ever desire to return.

At the very least all your failed expeditions into other armies ought to serve as useful intelligence when you fight against them.
