It can be a big deal if the chick makes extremely loud noises. I lived in a room adjoining a couple once... the girl was very... "vocal" during sex. I honestly had to stop what I was doing and either jack off, making it into a stealth 3 way, or study elsewhere.

I was in a sitaution a bit more severe than the OPs, but along the same lines... Moved into a place with an old friend, things go good for about 6 months, then he gets a new girlfriend who promptly moves in...

she didnt pay rent
she ran the electric bill up to a monthly $400-600
she never cleaned up her mess
she invited her friends over all the time, even her group of male friends when no one else was home...
she had a puppy that would poop all over the floor (and jump up on the table and eat warhammer models)
she would not clean up said dogs poop under any circumstance, I asked her nicely one day, she grabbed a paper towel and set it on top of the poop then left.
she would have parties untill 4 or 5 am every night, and I had to wake up at 6am to go to work.
and worst of all, she didnt respect my friend at all.

basically, I moved out 4 months before the lease was up, I still payed rent, cable, etc. but when the ($600) electric bill came in I told them to feth off. When I came back to get all my stuff for the final move-out, everything in my room was turned upside down, as if someone was going through my room looking for valuables/money. In the move out I lost a TV, a king sized bed, with headboard, matching dresser, two nightstands, 2 other dressers that I was storing for friends, a $600 bicycle, a $500 Lawn-Mower, and lots of small odds and ends. When I returned one day to get my things I was stopped by a gun-owning maniac, and havn't returned or spoken to any of them since.

I have since moved in with another couple who are not total D-bags and everything at my new place has been wonderful.

I guess the point I am trying to make is either you deal with it, or you move out. I choose to move out and got burned pretty hard, so weigh your options carefully.

Nowhere near that bad for me.

Like I said, I still like them both as people - just sometimes as a couple they are too much. She lost her job today though, so I guess I have to be nice.

I am planning to give them a spare bed from my new place, various other bits and bobs if they want them. It is not hard feelings, just don't want to live with them anymore.
