PBS + Farseer using Mindwar... it is kinda annoying getting close to it but then it just evaporates.

its immune to mindwar
but i have seen 2 squads of assault termys drop one so. and i have seen mass laz cannon fire also drop one.
there are lots of ways to deal with one if you have the models.

Without being familiar with immunity to psychic powers of the non-apoc version, maybe Jaws would work?

Otherwise you'd be looking for ordinance, which means vindicators. BA vindicators would work best.

The other entertaining option is to box it in with drop pods or rhinos. Pods work better as they will give a cover save due to their height if you drop one infront of it. We did this to a reaver titan with devilfish and it was hilarious. It could only shoot, which meant it wasn't nearly as effective as it had the power fist...
