the entries were just boring, nothing grabbed me and i do hate open catagory entries that could be in other catagories, i remember looking over and over again at the old golden deamon winners in WD issues, compare the winner this years open catagory to the classic U.S.A. 1997 open category winner, it's over 10 years old and still blows me away, you would have thought with all the advances in painting and better models the entries would be better, its a shame.

I liked the old Slaan model updated with a floating palanquin. Not as bad as I remember but still not a patch on the Juan Diaz's Hypno Toad.
