The Departed

“We may observe that the government in a civilized country is much more expensive than in a barbarous one; and when we say that one government is more expensive than another, it is the same as if we said that that one country is farther advanced in improvement than another. To say that the government is expensive and the people not oppressed is to say that the people are rich.”

Some great ones - but some are too vague...

'No country for old Men'? I don't get it!

How about:

'Rumble in The Bronx'
'Yellow'
'Great Balls of Fire'
'DOUBLE Impact'!
'Dirt'
'The Rock'

@Turbo - having a poo. Oh, and congrats to New Zealand for qualifying for the World Cup!

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.

Hurm... How about "The Day After Tomorrow"? You know, for those epic ones you can still smell the next morning, after two or three flushes?

Lol - some good 'uns! Just remember they have to be fairly descriptive - if you have to explain it too much, it doesn't work IMHO.

e.g. I don't get 'Stigmata' at all. But 'Ring of Fire'? Yup, I'm right there with ya!

Anyhow... my next one is:

'The Sting'

EDIT:Someone already did it, so I'm changing it.
