Well it depends. Are you facing heavy armour?

At my store it ranges from lots of heavy armour and elite forces to legions of cannon fodder.

I'm gonna have a unit of 5 scouts with bolters and heavy bolter and the sergeant has combi-melta and melta bombs. They will be in a landspeeder storm which will have a heavy flamer. Also the remaining points will go into my chaplain to give him melta bombd and digital lasers.

The scouts are just gonna be a bit of fun swooping round the board blowing up tanks and shooting from their very fragile transport, this will hopefully allow my chaplain and 10 terminator squad get into combat.
