Well, in my family, we run a $75 limit drawn-from-the-hat kind of thing... I got my aunt, and she got me. We're both getting each other $75 gift certificates to chapters. slowed. One reason why I don't like Xmas.

I'm planning on buying myself some stuff to start Hordes (trollbloods) when I'm back in Calgary.

Aside from that, the parents will probably give me some money. Might spend it on some Hordes stuff or some Gamezone stuff, or just save it for something else.

Really though, I didn't plan on spending anything on GW this Xmas, and now that we have this whole hatetrain going on, I want to stick with that.

I got all my shopping for myself and my family done back in July.

From ALL of my family(mom, dad, both brothers):
3x Valkyries
3x Kasrkin Squads, with enough Plasma Gunners/Meltagunners for all.
5x Chimeras to finish mechanizing my standard platoon/support crews.
6x Sentinels, the remainder of my FA slots. (Yeah, I know they're not the greatest. But I've got a theme to stick with, dangit!)
All the vehicles were nabbed from Neal on the cheap.

My dad is getting 2x CSM Terminator squads, a Chaos Lord, Abaddon, and some World Eater Terminator conversion kits(He's determined to play a very weird Black Legion list. I'm proud of him for it--he's basically told the tournament gamers who've critiqued it to feth off and let him play without WAAC coming into the equation)--again, nabbed from Neal at the Warstore on the cheap.
He's also getting the Dwarf army he's had sitting in a closet fully assembled by me.

My mom was easy, even though I pestered her nonstop since July. She just wanted some perfume and a dvd set(Two and a Half Men).

My younger brother got all four seasons of Supernatural, Uncharted 2, and I boosted the hell out of his Forza 3 rankings when I had a day off recently.

My youngest brother got the first season of the Clone Wars cartoon, along with a buttload of Lego Clone Troopers and Assassin Droids(Amazon had 'em on sale alongside of the dvd set.), alongside of a framed piece of artwork from Republic Commando signed by Temuera Morrison.

And voila! Done.

I've got a Fortress of Redemption on that way. That's about it.

It really does look like a gorgeous kit though, doesn't it? I've been considering one for building into the side of a cliff for my Kasr table I'm planning.

I'm tempted seeing as nothing 'Nid comes out till January that I want. That's a hard pill to swallow though price-wise.

The Fortress? I'm okay with the price, to be honest. It looks about the same size as the entire Strongpoint set--which'd work out great too, as building up a stepped city with endless firelanes and barricades would be amazing.

I want a gift certificate to a local footwear store for a nice pair of cowboy boots, and a few books, maybe some money too. But mostly just the boots and books.

My family has always done a fairly big christmas. Probably get a total of 400 worth of stuff from everyone family wise. Which actually sucks because I might only get 75-150 worth of stuff I actually want/use, so the rest goes to waste. I hate christmas now and forever because of this.

A nice new shiney airbrush, my Devilbiss Aerograph 63 is showing it's age, so getting the new version of it. Nice & shiney with a removable cup.

My Chrimbo pressies will consist of a Red Blok army box and Carcassone. Not going near anything that needs painting, let alone anything from Greed Worship.

it's really easy. I called Mr. Neal at the Warstore for most of it. The rest I walked in to my local GW store and handed them my credit card.

I get value from Warhammer. i get value from the Warstore and I get value from my local GW store. Your petty boycott isn't hurting GW, it is however potentially going to hurt people like The warstore or my local GW staff whom I consider to be friends.
