I am going to make walls like the Big Toof Display with FW Ork Kannons SuperKannon and flakk guns on the ramparts. I was thinking of using the egyptian temple walls mold from Hirst Arts. It I am think approx 6 to inches tall.

No man, keep the scouts - they're like special forces compared to guardsmen! Damn cool idea though

The scout would have to be converted though, I would use cadian arms and maybe some Pig Iron Heads for some cool spec ops guys.

Is the board and fluff based on Black hawk down?
Its nice so far, I like the image of a massively fortified ork city.

Cheese Elemental-Love does not bloom in 40k. Love burns. It gets turned inside out, set on fire, raped, shot with bolters, and beaten with a crowbar.

People tend to notice Pariahs. If you're in a crowded room with one, everyone's killing themselves.

Yep, it is based upon Black Hawk Down. Then the board will move and expand into a huge Apoc mission.

Leaving aside the practical/gaming side of this, I just love the sense of humour behind it all

The castle kit has inspired me; if I weren't trying to do so very many projects right now I'd go get one.
