I don't usually eat anything while I paint, but I will drink a cup of coffee-my favorite-or some water.

I like to drink tea if it's late or early, sometimes coke or juice during the day.
Drinking while painting is dangerous though. I've brought the wrong glass to my lips and just stopped in time more than once.

Incidently, this was the exact reason I STOPPED eating specifically while GSing or gluing and drinking while painting.
Superglue residue is not so good on the mouth or stomach, and apparently my distracted mind can't tell the difference between the plastic water cup and the frosty mug of Amber Bock until I'm gagging.
I rate this thread 2 out of a possible 3 Mr. Yuk faces.

I don't set out to specifically have something to eat/drink while painting. Somehow I happen to have a raspberry iced tea and some mounds candy bars most of the time when painting.

Usually drink a Fat Tire or two if I've got em, if not then a Budweiser will do. Of course if I'm planning on heading anywhere after I do some painting I just have a Dr. Pepper (cause I'm from the midwest) or water. And you folks that have drank your paint water don't have anything to complain about, ever drink from a spit bottle on accident? Yeah...didn't think so....

I drank from a soda can that I was ashing into. That was pretty bad, but I think that the spit bottle takes the cake. You, sir, need an old-timey brass floor spittoon. It's the only respectable way to go.

What do I drink? Well, it depends how many times I've washed my brush in my cup. I enjoy one part Bestial Brown and one part Catachan Green with a kiss of Devlan mud.

I don't really eat whilst painting, 'cos I lick my brushes and it doesnt mix. Drinks? beer and tea, coffee ocasionally, maybe fanta/irn bru/coke.

I usually paint/model in the evenings after work, after my lovely wife has cooked dinner, so there's no need to eat anything more, my favourite modelling drink is beer or milk depending on the time of night

I find that plain beef jerky is great for snacking on, as it doesen't really leave a residue. Gummy worms work as well. I used to drink coke while I painted, but I'm too used to using my mouth to adjust my brush(as bad as it sounds).
Just to put it out there, the new testors plastic cement I used on my Leman Russ smells like some kind of citrus candy. This has been proven by even my girlfriend. I've also injested quite a bit of paint over the 6 years I've done this hobby. The new GW washes aren't too bad.
wierd I know.

Had two friends over tonite. We spent from 6pm until 11pm making 100 or so forest bases for an upcoming tournament, then went home and raided the kitchen for alcohol and barbequed sandwhiches. Mostly finished by the time we hit my game room. Two hours later, one troll done, going to be, but maybe hitting the kitchen for another one first.)

I dont tend to eat when painting/modeling as I am too paranoid of getting greasy paw prints on the miniatures. I used to drink tea when painting but after a mix up involving cleaning a brush in my tea and taking a gulp of dirty water I know stick to bottles of Coke.
If I had to pick a food for gaming nights it would be kebab meat pizza washed down with beer or Irn Bru

I do modelling in the kitchen, right next to the bread machine and the espresso machine. Sadly the bread machine can't be on otherwise I won't be able to use my lamp or airbrush, and the espresso machine is used to clean all the mess that end up on the table I use to paint. So I tend not to eat or drink while modelling

I dont eat or drink when painting if I do I have a black coffee thats put on the bedside cabinet so its not mistaken for a paint brush water pot.
When I need Eats I go downstairs have a break have a smoke check what you guys are on about......
