Hi guys.
It's nice to see you do things like mulling mechanics from time to time. As much as I like the game reviews and interviews it's always fun to hear
d6g throw something new in the mix.
This year I'll: try and get more boardgaming in; try to get my D&D 4 group into other
RPG's like Rogue Trader; fail in that attempt; get into playing Warmachine mk2; try and find someone to play Arcane Legions with; continue toshrug indifferently at I-phones and other gadgets.
Considering Avatar. I thought it was a nice bit escapist of cinema that offered a couple of hours of solid entertainment but didn't leave much of a lasting impression.
The movie is undoubtedly overhyped but after having my eyeballs raped by michael Bay's godawful Tranfsormers movie last year I can't bring myself to dis a movie that is no way as bad as that incoherent pile of $#!*.
@ Owen
At least Pop Idol and it's successors were mildly entertaining. It was my country that spawned the worldwide broadcasted abomination Big Brother.
I never saw the US version of Red Dwarf. Why was it awful? Did it need more smeg and less smug?
