All I know is that when I'm sitting still, I get 5 plasma cannons, and when I'm moving, I get four. I <3 my russes!

Don't forget your Lascannon/Heavy Bolter when sitting still and your storm bolter when moving

Yeah, this. As a horde Ork player, I HATE Exterminators, or whichever the ones are with a bajillion plasma cannons on them. My most common opponent ALWAYS runs one in his IG/Inquisition army, and it usually takes out great swathes of my troops.
