If we're going to draw an imaginary line between jack casters and non jack casters then eFeora is on the jack caster side, she has a number of abilities that require or benefit warjacks, at least two of these specifically address her limited focus pool. There's also lots of jack support infantry to help her out

She's not Amon and would struggle with pure warjack (such as the Amon list above) but she definitely supports a jack heavy army. If pButcher is a jack caster then so is eFeora.

I think eFeora as a 'jack 'caster goes up because of the change to Vanquishers as
Fire generators, sure. I just don't know if Escort her bond and her feat necessarily
make her into a focus factory for her warjacks.

For mercs, pMagnus is definitely a jack caster. Between the range of upkeep spells and the ability to upkeep on the jacks for free, it's pretty impressive.

eMagnus is also a jack caster, but in a different way. Mobility is such a powerful battlegroup spell. He lacks the focus efficiency that pMagnus has. You end up having to choose between casting spells and giving focus to jacks.

I'm not sure I'd take either of them with just jacks like you can with Mortenebra, Reznik, Amon, Karchev, etc.,. As infantry support definitley helps out both the traitor and the warlord.
