If you want to try a tasty snack, why not go for the following?

1. Get some Brie out the fridge, and allow to come to room Temprature (this bit is important.)
2. Make sure you have some lovely soft, fresh white bread. Crusty or not is personal pref, then butter it
3. Cook up some proper Bacon, get it nice and crispy
4. Unite the three ingredients, adding a bit of HP Sauce if you fancy.
5. CONSUME!

Brie and Bacon for the win!

I am slowly trying to learn to like cheese, since it is in nearly everything.

I can stand Ricotta and as long as tomato is present I can deal with mozzerella or mild cheddar.

Anything more than that and my stomach turns. Truly it is vile stuff.

IF you're trying to get into Cheese, beware of Take Away Pizzas. More often than not, they use a creation called 'Analog Cheese' which from what I can make out, has absolutely no dairy content whatsoever!
