I think Lightning Field would but not Gaze of Flames, besides, they only get one attack from charging anyway, so what other attack is the other Lord going to negate?

Ghazkghull, Blood Claws, Swiftclaws, Skyclaws and Ragnar-lead squads can have more than 1 bonus attack for charging.

And it says in the wargear rule that 'models belonging to units that get into combat with the Lord do not receive their additional attacks for charging, as they are slowed etc etc'

Now it goes on to say that the normal +1 attack is lost and any additional benefits from special rules are still in effect. Once again, the codex is showing it's age, as at the time I don't recall any armies that received any sort of large bonus for attacks when charging at the time it was written. Whether the gaze only takes away one bonus attack or all, is up for anyone's guess.

I've gone ahead and passed this question up to the folk who put together the INAT FAQ. I'm considering running this at Adepticon and I don't want to go in thinking I can use it, then it be ruled that I can not.

Kurgash - one of the assasins gets +d6 attacks on the charge I believe, hence stating you do not get extra attackS should be enough.

That is not the exact wording of the rule. I have reread it again, and I am inclined to believe that 2 Gaze of Flames would not remove anything more than the +1 attack, even in the case of rules like Berserker Charge, as it says "...Any additional advantages due to a unit's special abilities are unaffected..." Though I think the enemy would suffer from a -2 leadership in the case of GoF x2.

I concur on the last. There's the special mention of the 1 bonus attack from charging which is nulled. Well... as we've already discussed , that can only be cut out once. Reason being, it's not just (1) attack or (An) attack, but the charge bonus itself, which is clearly delineated in the BRB as 1. As for the leadership modifiers, that's a different story I believe. Each is cutting -1 from leadership, not saying the enemy's leadership is reduced by one. Plus, it specifically says it also works with other modifiers... well, another mask could be construed to be another modifier. Same as you have Pariahs knock it down to 7 and then have the mask take it to 6.

IMHO... at least.
