I am firmly in the "teach a man to fish..."-camp. Had you stated that you didn't have your rule book on hand, instead of implying that you couldn't be bothered to look it up (as your weapons don't Get Hot), my answer might have been different.

Well I surely learned my lesson this time and boy will I be able to feed my family now, even though I merely explained why I never memorized the rule in the first place

If you own it, you should have a legal backup of the book in PDF format. If you don't have a PDF of it, you should get one.

Does GW sell .pdf versions? Cause I had been considering buying one but couldn't find it at the GW site...

GW do NOT sell a PDF version, and therefore you should really make your own - if your local laws allow such a thing.

Usually the easiest way to 'make your own' is to simply download a copy.

That would still depend on your local laws. Being legally allowed to make a scan of printed material you own is not necessarily considered the same as distributing and/or downloading said material.

Meanwhile, the original question is answered, and this has wandered off the track, so I think it's about done.
