ok, I have come up with something I like, even more than piles of tau bits glued together,
I am sure I will get, "its a twin link plasma....." but you know what, its for sure more imperial looking.
and still has a touch of tau "forbidden/forgotten" tech. that goes along with the conversion beamer fluff.

And why couldn't a Conversion Beamer have plasma technology built in? Looks good to me.
