That said, I'm sure if we did have a douchebag who broke a piece, intentionally or not, he would be asked to leave the store (Or at the least be forced to compensate/reglue the mini)

If someone was THAT STUPID or clumsy I would NOT let them reglue my models they'd end up stiffing the glue/smudging the paint.

I'd just expect them to
A pay for the glue/paint I'll need to repaid
or B pay for the damaged model.

Someone cracked the hull for my Demolisher. Then poured some glue on to try and fix it and hid it back in my case. I didn't find out until recently. I know only hatred and rage.
