I think the most notable part of that is what exactly they chose to block out. Can anyone blow those pictures up a bit?

There's a difference between "confirmed" and seeing a picture of the logo.

Well either way it makes the most sense. The FFG RPG's were always envisioned as a set of three. We got Dark Heresy and Rogue Trader and the third one was always intended as "a combat heavy game" to "allow you to play as a space marine". Deathwatch would most easily let you do that, since it would really be the only justifiable way to have marines from different chapters working so closely together without being convoluted. Otherwise marine players would all be from one chapter and might get boring. I imagine you'll pick your "geneseed" in the same way the other games allow you to determine your origins.

That picture that you are looking at is the 40K MMO.
Those are the developers showing the game and working on it. probibly whoever took that picture is in violation of thier NDA.
They hear it is out and posted, I expect you'll be hearing more then you want to about it. I suggest that you take it down before you get a visit from an Inquisiton kill team.
As for the FF game, that doesn't have anything to do with that picture, PandP.
That picture you got is that of the MMO.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money. |

Indeed it is. Moreover, it was cleared up in the first couple posts that what they're looking at is probably the Blood Bowl PC game.

Probably not. Last I heard, the HH game was a board game being produced by FFG.

The reason all the artwork from other non-GW items is hanging there is probably because that picture is of the IP department, the place where everything is checked and double-checked before being sent back with a green or red light. That's how protective GW is of their own IP. Still, they played "give them a peek" for a bit before "pulling" it, pretending it is a honest mistake on their part, while instead they are just giving us a quick peek to keep us interested.

Six mistakes mankind keeps making century after century: Believing that personal gain is made by crushing others; Worrying about things that cannot be changed or corrected; Insisting that a thing is impossible because we cannot accomplish it; Refusing to set aside trivial preferences; Neglecting development and refinement of the mind; Attempting to compel others to believe and live as we do |
