I still don't understand why Battlefoam threads devolve into such Hate Pools so often, so quickly.
Anyway...
DO NOT Post personal attacks!
By all means, discuss facts, opinions on products, etc.
But DO leave out the insults, OK?

*shrugs* I troll these forums religiously. I haven't seen other posts expressing discontent with the purchases they've made, so I can't really comment on that. If you have a problem with GW merchandise, they ship you more for free; not sure why you'd think that decent customer resolution for a growing business should be out of the question. Its the corporations that we expect bad customer service from, not the small businesses.

Nethertwist - I know you don't mean to start an argument but we actually do that for everyone. We have been in business for 18 months now and in that time over 10,000 orders have gone out. I promise you that we made mistakes on at least 10% of those. After all we do take custom orders over the phone half the time and you can image how hard it is for us to always understand what a person wants.
That being said for all of those 10% we never once told someone to hit the bricks. We've made right with each customer even if they never posted on any site. It's just standard business practice. I can't force you to believe me but if you ever do have a problem with BF products you'll see for yourself that we'll work very hard at making you happy also.
@Alpharius, Its the same people every time. They just change their name and sign up as a different account. Don't you think its funny how everyone bashing us has less then 20 posts and joined like 2 weeks before they went off on BF. Just making a valid point that this person is a repeat user doing the same crap. Thanks for taking down his post.

Since when are moderators removing posts as being libel? Does Battlefoam merit some kind of special treatment?

Libel....it doesn't matter who you are, calling someone a thief or a stupid liar and making personal attacks merits you dakka's brand of special treatment. It just happened that in this case, the target was a business, not a random internet poster.

Since when they are potentially libellous. Did that have to be spelled out? You know when the chronometer clicks past 40 you'll find these senior moments occurring more and more frequently. I know. I KNOW!!!

As noted, insults and personal attacks (of which libel is really just a more serious variation) are clear violations of Rule #1.

Company responding to feedback is often good, no matter where said feedback tends to be. And on a neutral(ish) gaming forum seems a reasonable place to find said things of a gaming nature.
I hope you do a review once you have it, Dashofpepper, I'm curious to see how it will turn out. Only fitting 5 raiders/ravangers + a talos in a largish toolbox is less than ideal. I don't think Battlefoam will be ideal either but it could be better.

I won't be getting new DE foam - I'm keeping what I have (as I noted above). However, Romeo is taking the tracings from my raiders (standard issue) and troops and such to retool the Dark Eldar line completely, so if you wait for a few weeks, then call Battlefoam and ask if they have the retooled DE trays yet, you'll be able to order foam that *is* fit precisely to your raiders.

Actually no. I got one of his first or second run bags and custom foam when BF first started up for my Space Wolves army. I ordered foam that was ideal for Space Marines but not for the expanded weapons and arms of the new Space Wolves. They fit right now, but it requires some cramming. Battle Foam, specifically Romeo, has been great in working with me to resolve this issue that the Space Wolves models specifically present.
I never posted up on forums anywhere about the problem, only through email, phone, and talking to him when I have run into him at Empire Games in Phoenix.
