Wych weapons state you do not get the *bonus* from 2CCW, therefore if they included the bonus it would no longer BE a bonus, and wych weapons would do nothing.

The only time additional CC attacks are included are when they say they are.

Your models no longer have true grit. There is no longer a rule about 2-handedness or single handedness. It's just what you've got. Your models now have chainswords, bolters and bolt pistols. The way you've modelled it is fine. You get the bonus attack, because you've got a bolt pistol and CCW.
