Somewhere in south-central England.

I don't like the hair but that's easy to change, as is the club.

The bling is excellent, exactly the kind of ridiculous overstated drama that GW should put on their figures.

However I have no need for a Chaos cultist or whatever he is.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

This model is a good example of one wonderful thing that GW has understood, and that almost no other miniature company have: Coolness requires contrast.

It is this obviously stupid and undergeared preacher that makes your grey knight lord look all that more imposing. Compare to the snotty grot with a dead squig on a stick that makes the warboss with a 300-pound power claw look way more dangerous. In a world where someone carries around a piece of wood with nails in to hit people over the head, the awesomeness of a powerweapon can be illustrated. In a world where everyone is awesome, noone will be remarkable.

I have this model. I swapped his laspistol for a hand crossbow and used him as a hero in my Witch Hunters warband for Mordheim. At the moment he is undergoing therapy and regaining his laspistol to probably be part of an inquisitors retinue for some Dark Heresy gaming.

He's clearly an Angry Marine recruit with a makeshift power bat.

I thought about buying this model for my Praetorian Guard army because it has that "old school" look to it. Then I decided to not put priests in my army. But yeah, lump me in wit the "I'd buy it" group.

As an aside, the spiked club kinda works for me. I can picture this guy trying to bludgeon an Ork or a Genestealer and it amuses me.
