Only problem I've ever had with a GW order (besides the infamous killa kans) was my foundation paint set. My Orkhide Shade came busted, and it had leaked all over the inside of the box. I e-mailed GW and I got a replacement Orkhide Shade 2 or 3 days later.

The only problem I've ever had was a piranha which came with a miscast burst cannon. Since I used the fusion blaster, it wasn't even an issue.
