It appears to be two of the chaos icons from the WoC box. They make excellent conversion heads for Dark Apostle's crozius.

"From the fires of Betrayal unto the blood of revenge we bring the name of Lorgar, the Bearer of the Word, the favored Son of Chaos, all praise be given to him. From those that would not heed we offer praise to those who do, that they might turn their gaze our way and gift us with the Boon of Pain, to turn the Galaxy red with the blood, and feed the hunger of the Gods."

i use the following bits:

2 Chaos Star bits from the Chaos Marauder Horsemen Kit (from WH Fantasy)
1 Staff bits from Terminator Chaos Lord/Sorceror Kit
1 Bolt pistol arm normal CSM to use as the hand that is holding the staff

For the rest just generic tools knife, drill and glue and a paperclip

Daimn, that staff is cool! The Horsemen icon is an excellent bit!

Actualy i prefer leaving them black
I will however try adding a color to one of them to try out how it looks but i think i would still prefer black over that

I think it would be good to at least have some sand on them, based models look much better in general

BTW, building dreadnoughts seem very fun! Yours are based on the venerable dread, right?

I have a reputation, Modile, a reputation as a fair, honest man who treats his soldiers well and supports them in the face of darkness. Potentially, that reputation makes me soft. It seems I understand failure and forgive it. Some, like Kowle, believe me to be a weak commissar, not prepared to take the action my rank demands. Not prepared to enforce field discipline where I see it failing. I am an Imperial commissar. I will enflame the weak, support the wavering, guide the lost. I will be all things to all men who need me. But I will also punish without hesitation the weak, the incompetent, and the treasonous.
I am a Commissar. I am empowered to deliver justice wherever I see it lacking. I am empowered to punish cowardice. I am granted the gift of total authority to judge, in the name of the Emperor, on the field of combat.

Awesome dreadnoughts, usually the sarcophagi on converted loyalist dreads turn out funky-looking but yours are spot on.

Eliphas rocks too, the helmet and crozius are exactly how i remember them from DoW. I have a soft spot for Eliphas as he was hands down the best chaos lord from the DoW games, and the only one who didn't spout dialog that made him seem autistic...

I plan to have 2 squads of them of which one will be melee focused with power fists (you can see all 4 of those in the picture) and one squad with combi meltas (3 of those in the pic) but i require abit more of the specific shoulderpads i used to complete the squads
