thanks for your response and for accepting my apologies. As I mentioned in the beginning of the game, i had not yet played with the Vendettas ever...we had them in the team tourney and i was playing the all mech list. In fact, you mentioned it in the earlier post....smarter move would have been to outflank and shoot you from behind...oh well.

On the soft score side, it was definitely a misread. In fact, when we walked back to the table we even discussed the fact that I did not want to play that army again. I have definitely been on the receiving end many a time of misread rules / cocked dice rolls against me / and lack of attention to detail on my part and definitely understand your frustration. Hopefully, if we ever play in the future, we can pay better attention to the game, I will not be hungover so I can drink with you, and we can get a good quality game in.
