The word for word translation of the comment in question is "The Imam said this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time". Once that's established there has to be a distinction made between a regime, and a state, or nation. The comment, as defended by Ahmadinejad, was seemingly intended to be a statement of opposition to Zionism, which would be consistent with the majority of his rhetoric.

Well, in the same way as soldiers marching in resonance over a bridge will make it bend up and down, i think 160,000 boobs going up and down in resonance will definitely cause something going up
