Where did you get that hound that's part of the CCS?

He is from a AE WW2 set.

towards the army, one commisar made me laugh, the one with the powerfist standing next to the valk he looks like he is talking to a sock puppet
keep up the good work at the studios, top stuff honestly

It is 75% airbrush 20% wash and 5% pigment if I had to guess. Its mostly in just using the airbrush and the right colors.

I cringe at how much it would have costed.

This is actually cheaper than my pirate army lol. But I always say go big or go home

MasterSlowPoke wrote:It's an amazingly beautiful army, but don't you get tired of painting orange/blue contrast on all your armies?

Well you have to consider I paint over 9000 armies in between each of my armies, so I want to do exactly what I want to do, which ends up being my favorite colors. However all of them are different in their own right. You can find about 50% of the elements in each army are absent in the others. Also the Iron Warriors have no blue, and my next army in June is solid gold Blood Angels followed by royal blue and yellow Tsons with no rust. So its mainly a matter of me not having that many armies.

Also isnt much blue on my armored company

Now, that is a masterfully painted army. I bet you can make us all sick by telling us that it only took 3 months of casual painting time...

I'm not quite sure how any of their equipment still works with all that rust, however the colour contrast is spectacular!

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

This is phenomenal! The rust work is great, and it really conveys your story of being stuck on the planet! The blue accents really make stuff pop, and the wall of tanks looks great in the first pic. Nice work!!!!

Hello Guardsmen, look at your Leman, now back to mine, now back to your Leman, now back to mine. Sadly, your Leman isn't mine, but if they stopped using standard engines and switched to Lucifer Pattern, they could move like they're mine. Look down, back up. Where are you? Your in a battlefield with the Rhino your Leman could move like. Whats in your hand, back at me, I have it, it's the fire control for the Twin-linked Assault Cannons aimed at you. Look again, it's a Deep-Striked Land-Raider. Anything is possible when your Tanks move like Blood Angels, and not like Guardsmen. I'm on a Baneblade.

The idea of Land Raider rarity is a lie, there are millions of them, they reproduce like tribbles. Ask the Blood Angels, they have so many they even throw them out of thunderhawks moving at high speed to try and reduce the numbers.

This army is 100% nuts, 15 kinds of cool, and all WIN. Great job. It would be a nightmare to see on the table across from me (and definitely cause me to hang up my paint brushes in shame).
