Perhaps they're just looking in the wrong places to set up these bunkers. How much was the lease in Glen Burnie given it was in an industrial park. Compare that to how much it's costing them to have that closet they call a store in Arundel Mills with barely enough room for 2 tables and the sales counter. Could probably open a nice sized place in a less high-profile location than the mall, but still easier to find than the old bunker for much less then what they're paying for the mall shops.
Especially if earlier rumors of them looking in Laurel were true.

Here's some GOOD news. I've been told the info that the existing Bunkers would be closed was utter nonsense and that furthermore, the real estate guy for GW was again recently in Maryland scouting out locations for a new Battle Bunker here. Huzzah!

Awesome. Hope they re-hire some of the folks that were let go when it was closed. Any word on where he's looking?

Where they are looking is the one thing that has been fairly consistent, which is to say farther south than before to get more business from the D.C. and Northern Virginia area. Last I heard it was in the area of Laurel, Burtonsville, Beltsville, College Park or near where route 50 intersects the Capital Beltway.

Trying to get business from the College Park area kind of makes sense, I guess. Lots of college students and such. I know they sued to have a bunch of stores over that way, but I'm not sure about now... The only GW stores I seem to ever see are at the Potomac and Arundel Mills mall.

Of course there is. Why would they want to...oh, forget it.
I appreciate that this is a lot more complicated than fllipping a switch, I really do. However, GW seems to have this knack for throwing up their hands because of ordinary obstacles, even in the face of opportunity. That place turns like a battleship, and it's barely frigate-sized. I just don't get it, and probably never will.
To recap:
Flipping a switch < GW selling FW < Putting man on the moon

Well, Imperial Armour 9 just arrived in GW stores in the US last week, so that's a hopeful sign that they haven't abandoned the idea of selling Forge World in the US directly out of Memphis.

Yeah, hopefully. Just seems like something that should have happened (i.e. made to happen) about 8 years ago.
