Pretty much any first impression I've made has been terrible.

I've either come across as incredible arrogant, incredibly ignorant, full of mindless rage (it's not mindless dammit!), or have come across as a future serial killer.

Oh. Well maybe that's because you haven't come across as arrogant or ignorant yet. Except when it comes to housepaint. CLEARLY if you're painting your living room like a Grey Knight, the walls would be silver with red trim, being that the Grey Knights' primary colour is silver!

Unless it's painted in Non Metallic Metal (bit of an oxymoron, I know.), in which case the armor looks more white/gray then silver.
There was an article on the GW website about it, I don't think they ahve it up anymore.

I consider them silver/metallic. And you'd go blind very quickly in a metallic living room, even if it was extremely GRIMDARK

Personally, I'd prefer a Vostroyan living room paint scheme.

Red walls, bronze socket covers, plenty of wood furniture.

Also thinking up great BS lies can get you out of alot of tight spots. I was speeding once, and was pulled over. Not wanting a ticket, I immediately sit all weird and tense in the car, the cop notices how weird Im sitting and asks what the matter is. I proceed to tell him I ate some bad food last night, and have been gaking like crazy all morning. I was going back home from the hospital and was about to crap my pants something fierce. He let me go I kid you not. I I was crying I was laughing so damn hard.

If thats true, I think I may owe you a bacon sandwich.

Bad first impressions...in my first ever interview for an admin job...... was so green on the looking for job scene it devolved into talking about 40k with my interviewer....you know things are bad if I'm in my happy zone at a job interview talking about Chaos and Greenstuff.

I've always had a voice that people seem to percieve as snide and sarcastic. I had a nasty incident with a teacher recently who was yelling in my face two minutes into the conversation because my tone had somehow offended her. I wasn't even trying!

Don't worry, your teacher isn't the only one you offend.
