Actually, my old man got me into gaming with Avalon Hill games and Risk.

I sooooo cannot imagine any of my family getting involved in this - be like us all getting together and smoking crack, it just ain't ever gonna happen

My brother-in-law. Sometimes my sister is dismayed that her husband ended up so much like her brother.

Just me. However my dad plays with me sometimes and my girlfriend loves painting. None of them have their own armies though so I guess that doesnt count

Edit: Ow and my cousin occasionally plays with me or helps painting. I must be from a geeky region

My folks avoid wargaming like the black death itself but i think it is somthing i can cream their heretic asses at everytime

I've never played a game, but I have a pretty sizeable collection. I like painting and modelling them, so 98% of my time is spent on the Modeling and P&M Blogs.

Me and my cousin both play(although I never see him), and my sisters IS an eldar player at heart.

I started with the guard, my brother discovered the rulebook and decided he wanted the necrons, then my dad decided he liked the look of the tau.... My sister wants the SM but probably won't ever get around to it.

It is mostly me my nephew wants to play but he is more of an occasional player due to family duties and work.

Just me! My family likes to see my painted models, and my mom's really artsy, so she loves offering suggestions for painting cloth and my paint schemes. Step-dad wants to be involved, buy he's a real marine,so wargaming with "space marines" is slightly offensive to him....idk.

Grandfather freakin loves the hobby aspect. He quite often goes to a hobby shop and picks up a random set for me, the most recent one being a wraithlord (yay!). He just tells me:

"hey, I got this set because I thought it would be a challenge for you to paint. Go 'head and paint it for me! I've got another set for you if you paint this one good enough!"
My mom will buy me most paints I need, and she even gave me a nice bookshelf to put all my models on.

I swear,it's really great to have to have a family that supports your hobby!

My dad plays tyranids, fun games.

It's just me right now but my wife is showing a growing interest in the Eldar. She loves playing against me in Dawn of War so the transfer to table top may be imminent.

Me and my wife currently game. Just started a Mordheim campaign last week, while she fields Tyranids, WoC and Blood Angels, with the intention of going Dark Eldar once they arrive.

Both my boys have an interest, I already play Star Wars Mini's with them, the eldest (six atm, seven in Jan) is getting a small 1000pt Necron army for Christmas this year.

My older brother got us into it and then stopped soon after because he and his friends moved on....... I never will...

My brother-in-laws play some, but they prefer the modeling aspect more than the playing aspect.

Only me so far.... I doubt I can get my brother into it... actually my dad taught me chess... does that count as wargaming?

My father, brother and myself. My dad got me wargaming around age 5-6 and I have been doing it ever since. My brother is more fantasy driven where I am sci-fi and historicals. My dad is old school doing straight historical.

me and my twin brother my litel brother has some bugs but he is not very good player

My two brothers and I play with the youngest having 1100pts , the middle with 1600pts , and me with 2500pts .
