I think he is a daemon manifestation of the polar opposite feelings of the Black Rage. Anything that strong emotionally, and in such concentration has to have some kind of warp presence (well according to 40k mythology). So where the black rage is the dark side of the BA soul, the Sanguinor is the semblance of the light side of BA idealism, personified very similar to the Archangael Michael idea of Sanguinious. Just as Chaos god have their warp manifestations, I think a chapter as devout and emotionally upstirred as the BA might possibly have their own. Heresy? maybe. But it's the light side of the warp, not the dark side.

I think its a physic infestation of sanguinos but there is one thing i know thats the sanguinor of the host is Awesome!!

He could be an Imperial Saint.
The Dark Gods are not the only ones able to imbue an individual with a measure of their power. The Emperor, from time to time, appears to choose an individual and give them a tiny fraction of his strength, wisdom and abilities.
Saint Sabbat was reincarnated just as the Imperial Crusade looked set to fail and be swept away by the forces of Urlock Gaur.
The Sanguinor may well be an individual - probably Askellon - who the God-Emperor in His divine wisdom has given powers beyond that of any mortal to deliver his chosen sons at moments no other individual could possibly do so.
The Emperor moves in mysterious ways.

Much like the other Chaos Gods are manifestations wrought from the hopes and extremities of the mind, the Sanguinor too is a psychic gesthalt forged from the dreams of mortals. He appears where his patron thought gathers strongest to rally the faithful and lead them to victory... yes, for he is the Chaos God of Bling! Nurtured over the aeons by 6 series of Pimp My Ride and it's various spin-offs.
My vote goes for the Deceiver, because it adds to the growing collection of chapters that are secretly traitors. You've got the Ultramarines who are Alpha Legion, the Dark Angels who hunt the Fallen because the Fallen were the true loyalists and the Dark Angels don't want anyone knowing, and now the Blood Angles who are actually Necrons... or something. Yeah.
