I think that's a bit off. Many things on popular internet sites are actually deemed illegal by united states law or international law and yet remain up. Either they are springing up in too many places too quickly that taking the time to get them removed would be too costly/fruitless or the people involved are hosting the site in a country that protects them (ala pirate bay and sweden, well up until the RIAA put the hammer down).

I'm not assuming to know that the paper rhinos/etc are legal or not, but your argument for why they aren't isn't quite logical to me.

In the embrace of the great Nurgle, I am no longer afraid, for with His pestilential favour I have become that which I once most feared: Death.

Ok, so I should have written it as "It's unlikely that you'll be arrested and charged with various copyright infringement notices for passing them around"...

It may (and probably is) illegal to share the stuff around, but the chances of anyone (who can do anything about it) knowing enough about who has what and where they got them to do anything about it is remote.

GW started their own ball rolling here. They used to put the templates of various things in WD, then they had them on their website. Once you put stuff onto the interwebs, the genie is out of the box.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

Fortunately there are templates available for the genie.

Had to comment on the deodorant grav tank. Damn that bought back some memories. And as for the Dark Angel marines standing next to it. I've still got some of the exact same marines in the exact same paint scheme sitting on a table on the other side of the room next to an unfeasibly small 1st edition Rhino.

I'd completely forgotten the deodorant grav tank with its plastic spoon turret. I remember how amazingly proud of mine I was, and the smile and walk away reaction from my parents.

It is a sticky subject, huh? But effort is effort. And the Vindi is awesome... There's something about the... ah.. stubbiness? Like there's "something" about horses or fire trucks. That makes them awesome.

Now you've done it

Gonna have to borrow that concept for Speeders as am not a fan of the current design.
Hmmm, if I use Lynx containers might be otherwise engaged!

Wan't to make some AFV's but the tracks are the biggest problem. Going to see if I can scrounge some from the trackheads at the model club!

Newt, you could make a really nice model from paper and/or card but it will probably start to suffer with gameplay

Just don't use Axe deodorant. Unless you do a really good job of cleaning it, all the Sisters of Battle on the table will be flocking towards it and trying to shower with the techmarine inside.
