Leadership tests and characteristic tests in general are explained in the BRB on page eight. When you test against a characteristic you roll dice against the value of the characteristic involved. Che-Vito's argument is weak in my opinion against what is explicitly written for the termagants and the tervigon.

Cannerus is correct in his original post. I don't believe it was the codex writer's intent, but if we don't take this piss poor writing to task, who will?
