Peter Steel from Type O Negative died a couple weeks ago too.

DIO was a great man and will be missed by everyone in the metal community. It is awesome to see so many Dakka users are fans of the music. I don't know if I am allowed to put this up but there is a facebook group called lets get holy diver to # 1 for cancer reaserch! or something similar so if you want please join because the more people we get the more likely we are to actually get it on a roll. anyway RIP Ronnie you will forever be a legend and godfather of metal! \m/\m/ horns up for Dio!

I really enjoyed both Black Sabbath and Heaven & Hell, this just sucks.
I kept listening to that song since I heard the news that he was in the hospital. Sign?

Hmm. that will go well. A religious group that pretty much even fox hates. FOX HATES. picketing a funeral of a legend of a music genre that is known to make people angry.
But i never heard his music. To bad i didnt discover it till he is dead. Oh well. he is headbanging with god know.
