Great conversions and great ideas - I actually have a bunch of Cadians and (unsurprisingly) a ton of spare Junker parts AND some Pig Iron heads. I may steal this idea for some Inquisitorial Stormtroopers....

These look really good. I once tried making a bunch of riot shields out of GS, but failed pretty fantastically. Nice to see that i could have just bought them and saved myself a lot of time and effort

It makes no sense I know, that's what makes them so awesome. They've got like 60 pound shields in one hand and 2 handed weapons in the other. They're from the planet coordination, deep in the multitask sector.

The shields do look like they are on their arms so they may have another free hand.

The shields may have a notch or something that the weapons could be set in.

My theory is they'd only really use them when moving from cover to cover or when assaulting, rest of the time they'd drop'm and open fire from cover.

Or because they are guard they put them on their backs so while they run they are safe.

Just one little thing, are you planning to paint the aquilla (Symbol over the heart) yellow on all of them or is only the sergeant special enough to have one?

Other then that they look awesome.


And using the two handed weapons in one hand is only a minor issue compared to the poor sarge who has to try and fight with that massive banner on his back lol
