I like IG88's advice.
What about putting all the troops on foot, adding an avatar, and meching up the elites slots. I don;t think you'll need two banshee units, perhaps 1 banshee and 2 fire dragon units. In general you don't need exarchs for banshees or fire dragons, if you do its for another level of flexibility. Dragons Breath flamer on the fire dragon exarch, or acrobatics or the executioner blade on the banshee.
Your troops are fine, pretty much if you got all 6 slots filled you are gonna do fine. Maybe sub one unit of rangers in there. Leave the brightlance guardians alone, even if they do nothing, your opponent can't afford you to get a lucky shot off.
Your heavies... in all likely hood at this points level you are less likely to want to get into close combat, if you go that route then a brightlance and ELM are the answers, if you are sure you'll get into combat, cut out the elm and keep the wraithsword. I prefer shooting and doing combat only if I can't avoid it. A wraithlord is a beast, but, its best use is shooting and soaking for a decent price.
I don't know if you really want to field a falcon without holofields, I just got done with the ard boyz and my 2nd round opponent fielded 2 fire prisms naked, I iced both with little difficulty. If you have the points get holofields, if you don't, drop it down to a fire prism and then get holofields.

I use my Prisms with just ChinCannon. No Failds, no Stones. Fields make them more likely to lose the gun, which may as well be a Destroyed result most of the time - but lets me have MOAR stuff.
My Serpents (in Troops) are always ChinCannon and TL BL. Elites, ChinCannon and TL Scatters if possible, TLSC if I don't have the points for the Scatters. ChinCannons are the best upgrade to anything in the book, IMO.

Very different playstyles I guess, I never and will never take underslug S Cannons. If you are moving 6" you are doing something wrong, if you moving 6" and are 24" away from your opponent you are doing something seriously wrong, if you moving 6" within 24" of your opponent with a Prism dear god you need to be smacked. On the holofields, yes they add quiet a bit to the cost but it decreases the chance of losing the prism by a huge margin and if it doesn't die it's still a threat and not a killpoint. A weaponless Prism can still provide cover, contest objectives, and Ram at str 10.

Vasarto, I have an odd feeling you don't play eldar...
I play with them occasionally but I just borrow the armies from a friend. I know enough that having warlocks on jetbikes and at least two squads of pathfinders is a great thing.
But your technically right. I do not actually own a eldar army. I just read a lot of the codex and played it some. Plus someone who had an unbeatable Ork list that went over a year without being beat
was bested by a guy running things like this in their list.

I've moved away from underslung shuriken cannons on most of my skimmers.
When I take ELM's, I'll run underslung cannons. I can still move 12 and fire both guns if I use the frag round on the ELM.
And if I run falcons (rare), it'll have them too. Otherwise I'm generally moving 12 and don't want to slow down to fire two main guns.
Holo-fields are great... how many more times does your vehicle need to be shot before it gives up a kill point or dies and doesn't contest something. A must buy for sure.

In my experience, a Prism that Rams at S10 will invariably die in the impact.
The Cannon on it is mostly insurance, but is also for those occasions when the enemy has Wings (Deamon Prince/Tyrant) and is in your face but can be small arms'd to death, in theory...or when the enemy has little/no hope of taking you down from 24" away (Ork Shoota Boyz, IG Blobs, etc) - It also provides a role when the Cannon goes (as said above) and when you are combining fire, gives a role other than 'hide'.
@Vasarto: - Not unbeatable, clearly. Unbeaten perhaps...but that doesn't mean much on the internet, because we have no idea of said players' skill. Indeed, I assume (and, no disrespect) that the Ork player is MILES ahead of the rest of you if he was undefeated until he hit something that he should have been able to smash [Pathfinders].
@Sazzlefrats: - I find, without them, that I often simply don't roll enough dice to hurt Rhinos, or things like Crushers, Nob Bikes and TWolves.

Eh to each their own. If you have holofields then ramming gets a whole lot less risky too and in any of those situations you mentioned 3 shots at BS3 won't make much difference, certainly not worth forgoing moving 12" to put more distance from the target.

Well...until you ruin out of board...
Moving sideways only gets you so far against a decent swarm.
I once argued vehemently with Stelek about it, but, in the end, he was right - for my playstyle.
As for 3 BS3 shots...yes...but when you have several tanks...(say, my 1750 lists, which commonly have 8) then it mounts up. lol
And it really does make a difference to things like Heavy Weapons Squads, and lighter Transports. As for shooting Trukk Boyz...well.

I'm not a fan of chin cannons, I just like the TL on the serpents. Far too expensive to mount them all with cannons and i move way too much for them ever to be used
