No, no such thing. As a cosplayer myself, I try my level best not to associate with the examples shown in the worst, and more with the ones shown in the best. If I felt like it, I could spend half an hour collating photos of girls just as hot in costume from my Facebook Friends list. Not everyone who cosplays looks terrible.
